Returns, refunds, and store credit
Please take the time to read the following information carefully
We accept the return of almost everything we sell. Providing your item is unwashed, unused or unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund or for store credit, up to 10 days from the date your order is dispatched.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
What cannot be returned?
We can’t accept returns for items bought outside that 10-day window. For obvious reasons, we also can’t accept the return of monogrammed items, liquids, candles, soaps, or sealed items.
If I make a return will I be refunded the tax and duties?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, taxes and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price only
How does it work?
For customers based in the US, sending back your items is free with Swap Returns. You just need to click on the link below, follow the simple instructions and then head to a USPS drop off point.

Unfortunately we’re not currently able to offer free returns to customers outside of the US. Customers located in Canada will be charged a flat rate fee of $30 per return. We would encourage all returns to be registered via our portal where you can also benefit from preferential delivery rates. If for any reason you choose not to register your return, you’ll need to mail it to:

Please bear in mind that any returns not registered through the portal will take longer to be processed and refunded.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Store Credit
Once your return item(s) has been received, we’ll get it checked and make sure your store credit code is emailed to you within 24 hours.
